BALTACI currently ships only within Türkiye. Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service and order volume. Once your order has been dispatched, available tracking information will be provided.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are correct before completing your order. BALTACI cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

RETURNS

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags, accessories and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us through our Contact page and include your order number. Products should not be returned before receiving return instructions from us.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
